We supply polymer raw materials for manufacturing: polyethylene (HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE), polypropylene (PP), polystyrene (PS) and PVC, as well as chemical raw materials. We offer prime, off-grade and recycled material, so you can choose the option that fits your product requirements and budget.

HDPE (high-density polyethylene, approx. 0.941–0.965 g/cm³) is stiffer, stronger and more chemically resistant, so it is used for containers, canisters, pipes and caps. LDPE (low-density polyethylene, approx. 0.910–0.940 g/cm³) is softer, more flexible and more transparent, making it suitable for films, bags and flexible packaging. If you need stiffness, choose HDPE; if you need flexibility and elongation, choose LDPE or LLDPE.

MFI (melt flow index, g/10 min) shows how easily the molten polymer flows. It is measured according to ISO 1133, e.g. PE at 190 °C / 2.16 kg, PP at 230 °C / 2.16 kg. A low MFI means a more viscous, tougher material suited to extrusion, film blowing and blow moulding. A high MFI means a more fluid melt suited to injection moulding, especially thin-walled parts. We select the exact value based on your process and equipment.

Off-grade is prime material that fell outside the producer's specification, for example due to a deviating MFI or colour shade, or material produced during a grade transition. It is not waste or recycled material. For many technical products it is fully suitable and more affordable, but before use it is important to assess the actual properties of the batch and, where possible, run a trial.

In most cases, no. In the EU, recycled plastics intended for food contact are governed by Regulation (EU) 2022/1616: the material must come from an authorised recycling process and have the appropriate documentation. Standard recycled PE or PP pellets are suitable for technical, construction and household products and non-food packaging. For food contact, we recommend prime material with a declaration of compliance.

Depending on the product, we provide a TDS (technical data sheet with properties and processing recommendations), an SDS (safety data sheet compliant with REACH) and a CoA (certificate of analysis for the specific batch with measured values such as MFI and density). On request, we can also provide declarations of compliance, e.g. for food contact.

Yes. Under REACH, polymers themselves are exempt from registration, but their monomers and additives must be registered, which is the responsibility of the manufacturer or importer. We supply a REACH-compliant SDS with the material and, on request, information on SVHC substances and registration details.

The minimum quantity depends on the product and packaging (25 kg bags, big bags, pallets). Delivery time depends on whether the material is in stock or shipped directly from the producer. We state the exact quantity and lead time in our quotation once we receive your enquiry.

Yes, for most products we can offer a sample or a small trial batch. This is especially recommended when changing supplier, switching to off-grade or recycled material, or changing grade. A trial under production conditions helps avoid downtime and scrap.

We specify delivery terms according to Incoterms 2020, e.g. EXW (the buyer arranges transport) or DAP (we deliver to the place you specify). New customers usually pay in advance. For regular customers, deferred payment may be available after assessing our cooperation history.
